Alvaro’s birth mother, Arum, revealed that the killer of her son, Alvaro Kiano Nugroho (6), who went missing in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, had a temperamental nature. The perpetrator of the kidnapping and murder of Alvaro is his stepfather and Arum’s ex-husband, Alex Iskandar (49). Arum explained that they had been separated for a long time due to Alex’s temperamental nature and inability to accept children. She decided to leave in April 2024. However, Alex, whom she married in December 2023, refused to separate and attempted to reconnect with the children.
He wanted to reconcile, but Arum had already moved on. The perpetrator had threatened to kidnap Alvaro from Arum in 2024. Despite this, Arum remained silent about the marital issues with Alex, emphasizing that she never committed adultery and that it was simply his jealous nature. The police found Alex dead, with signs of suicide after his arrest.
The suspect in the kidnapping and murder case of Alvaro, Alex Iskandar (49), was buried by his family in TPU Kedaung, Tangerang. The police also provided trauma healing for Alvaro’s family following the tragic events. Prior to this, the police had disclosed that the perpetrator was Alvaro’s stepfather, Alex Iskandar (AI), who was apprehended after Alvaro was found dead in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
