Jakarta — Political observer Ujang Komaruddin sees a promising start in the transition period of President-elect Prabowo Subianto’s government before officially being inaugurated on October 20, 2024.
Ujang believes that Prabowo’s leadership has gained full support from various parties and sectors. This is evident from the latest Indikator Politik survey cited by Ujang, where 83.4% of the public have faith in Prabowo’s government.
“From the beginning, I believed that Prabowo’s leadership would receive public support, and this is reflected in the survey showing that the public’s confidence in Prabowo’s government reaching 83.4%. This is a good start, a positive beginning, where the Indonesian people believe in Prabowo’s ability to lead Indonesia towards a better future in the next five years,” explained Ujang to reporters on Monday (7/10).
Based on Indikator’s data, 84.3% of citizens feel quite or very confident that Prabowo will be able to make Indonesia better than the current government.
On the other hand, Ujang mentioned various other factors, such as the people seeing Prabowo’s sincerity and determination to improve Indonesia and make it more prominent on the international stage in the future.
“Prabowo’s sincerity in building our nation, his struggle to improve the nation, and his determination to make Indonesia a recognized country on the global stage are trusted by the public,” said Ujang.
Furthermore, Ujang is confident that this positive start will pave the way for Prabowo’s future government.
“Prabowo is capable of leading Indonesia towards justice and prosperity, and is able to make Indonesia better than the previous government,” he added.
Therefore, the people trust and believe in Prabowo to lead Indonesia towards a brighter future for the welfare of the people.
“This is an initial appreciation for Prabowo, which undoubtedly also strengthens his conviction to build a more just and prosperous Indonesia together with the people,” Ujang concluded. (RR)
