This year’s theme, “The 2025 State-Level Commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday: Ecotheology – The Example of Prophet Muhammad SAW for the Sustainability of the Earth and the Nation,” was central to the event’s message. Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar delivered a sermon that highlighted the values of love, compassion, and joy. The event’s Imam, Husni Ismail, led a prayer that encouraged attendees to safeguard nature and advocate for peace. The event’s primary goal was to pay homage to Prophet Muhammad SAW and motivate his adherents to conserve the environment in alignment with his teachings.
