Farah Eldiba, a young woman from Purwakarta, West Java, fulfilled her dream of becoming a police officer after four years of training at the Indonesian Police Academy. She was among the newly commissioned officers inaugurated by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday. Overwhelmed with pride and emotion, Farah expressed gratitude for the support she received from her mentors and the Indonesian National Police during her journey. She especially thanked her mother for her prayers, support, and encouragement, acknowledging the significant role her mother played in helping her achieve this milestone.
During the ceremony on the Merdeka Palace lawn, Farah expressed her thanks to the President, the instructors, and the entire Indonesian National Police institution. Her mother, overcome with emotion, wiped away tears as she witnessed her daughter in uniform, expressing her disbelief and pride at seeing Farah become a police officer. She hoped for her daughter to become a dignified, strong, and responsible officer, thanking the President for commissioning her.
