President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, has shown his support for Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s initiative to bring hundreds of Brazilian entrepreneurs to Indonesia. This statement was made after a bilateral meeting between Prabowo and Lula at Palácio do Planalto in Brasília on Wednesday. Prabowo expressed his enthusiasm for this plan, stating that it could boost cooperation between the two countries in terms of trade and investment. He emphasized the importance of turning signed agreements into concrete actions, highlighting the mutual interests and resources that can benefit both nations. Prabowo also praised Brazil’s advancements in agriculture and bioenergy, expressing Indonesia’s eagerness to learn from Brazil’s experiences. In addition to attending the BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Prabowo’s visit to Brazil included discussions on strengthening economic ties. President Lula is expected to visit Indonesia in October, where Prabowo plans to organize a special celebration for his upcoming 80th birthday.
