Pada gelaran Bank Jatim Jazz Traffic Festival di MLD Spot, Exhibition Area, Grand City Surabaya, Seven songs by Five Sub were showcased. Band from Surabaya opened their performance with a song called “Road to Gembong Avenue”, drawing a crowd in front of the stage. In their second song, “Kenjeran Behind The Stone”, Five Sub continued to incorporate local wisdom, with the melody flowing from six guitars. The band added excitement with their third song “Rek Ayo Rek”, shaking the MLD Spot Stage with their eight members. Transitioning to their fourth and fifth songs, Five Sub started performing in English with “Purple Rain” and “Ain’t No Sunshine”. In their sixth song, the vocalist invited the audience to sing together with “Indonesia Pusaka”, blending Ismail Marzuki’s classic song with a refreshing Jazz twist. Closing their performance energetically with “Asayake Casiopea”, Five Sub left a lasting impression on the audience. Other bands that performed on the first day included Raisa, Ardhito Pramono, Wijaya 80, Diskoria feat Andien, Suara Kayu, Coldiac, 1 Tengah, and Denny Caknan.
