Small and medium-sized business owners in Tangerang were excited to have President Prabowo Subianto visit the Apkasi Otonomi Expo 2025 at ICE BSD. Tresya Avilaemalo, representing a small enterprise from West Sumba, appreciated the chance to showcase the region’s products like coffee, tea, chocolate, and woven fabrics. Being part of the event was an extraordinary experience for her and she thanked the President for his support. Tresya also expressed her hopes for President Prabowo to visit West Sumba in the future, which would benefit local entrepreneurs and support food security programs.
Ferdinan Endarto, a representative of small businesses from Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, also shared his optimism for more promotional opportunities to help local cultures and products gain wider recognition. He emphasized the importance of initiatives that promote regional products and recognize each region’s unique community and specialties. Ferdinan was supportive of President Prabowo’s Koperasi Merah Putih initiative, aimed at empowering small enterprises and boosting the economy. He highlighted the program’s role in managing and supporting all small businesses in Kapuas Regency.
