Always carry it with you, read it, and pray to Allah for protection and guidance.” This gesture touched my heart deeply. From that moment on, I always carried the Quran with me during operations, and I prayed regularly.
Pak Wismoyo Arismunandar’s teachings and examples have greatly influenced me throughout my military career. His emphasis on thinking good, doing good, and speaking well, as well as creating a happy and spirited atmosphere among his men, has shaped my leadership style. His motto of discipline, loyalty, and honor, and his reminder to not speak ill of others are lessons that I hold dear. I will always be grateful for his guidance and wisdom, and I strive to embody the values he taught me in my own leadership journey.
