Prabowo Subianto, the Indonesian Minister of Defense and President-elect for the term 2024-2029, celebrated Eid al-Adha 1445 H by performing prayers at the Nurul Wathan Mosque in Hambalang, Bogor. He arrived at the mosque in traditional attire and greeted the local residents before joining the prayer. After the prayer, he exchanged greetings with the residents and took photos with them, especially with the children who were excited to see him. Prabowo emphasized the importance of sacrifice and giving back to the community, as he distributed a total of 145 cows to various regions, including to ulama, Islamic organizations, and the local community. His actions reflect the spirit of Eid al-Adha and the teachings of Prophet Ibrahim and Prophet Ismail.
